Suggested Amounts

The container is unique.  It contains several small holes in the top, through which the cream is dispensed by turning a dial at the bottom.  (Only a small amount is needed).  After rubbing it on, be sure to turn the dial back a little to let the cream back down, leaving room for the lid.
